All the tools contained in this website have been developed to work under
Windows Operating System, in the future multi platform support will be added, but
for now, Windows is required.
The tools were compiled under Windows XP. Windows 98, ME and 2000 should
work, or an additional blp file may be needed.
Tools that interact with Google Earth using KML, should work on any system as
long as the Google Earth version installed on your computer supports KML 2.1
