Unfortunately the software is developed and tested on the same computer. I have no opportunity to try it on a different Windows version, or a different configuration of the system. When the software is working on my computer, I assume it is OK; however it is not always the case. Sometimes a library is needed, a file missing or the tool needs a special configuration.
If the software is not working on your computer, read the following cases. If after that, it is still not working, please use the Error Report Page or Contacts Page to report it.
Remember : I am assuming the software is working correctly unless you tell me other thing.
